Data Protection and Ts&Cs
Personal commissions are based on real photographs sent in by the customer. The photograph from the customer shall only be used for the purposes of the digital illustration and will not be shared with 3rd parties. Any photographs sent by the customer will be deleted up to a month after the illustration has been completed. The details and identity of the customer will not be shared along with the digital illustration. The customer must confirm they are over the age of 18 and that the photograph only contains persons over the age of 18.
Due to the fact, the digital illustration is anonymised in the process, Painted Naked retains the copyright of the digital illustration before and after payment, and is entitled to commercially exploit it in any manner she sees fit; this includes, but is not limited to, social media, advertising and marketing. The customer is licensed to use the image for their personal purposes and not for commercial exploitation.
